Capsule Laying to Build up, "New Infirmary is on the Rise"

The New Infirmary Hospital Building's construction is on its way after the recent Capsule Laying Ceremony. Vice Mayor Marcelo M. Baquial, is elated that Malangas is on its way in its goal of providing its constituents’ healthcare facilities that will cater to needs of its town folks. A healthy community is a strong community; this will enable its people to face the challenges of pushing Malangas down the road to development.

Present in this event is Congresswoman Belma Cabilao and Dra. Apple Yambao Manarang, whose has contributed greatly in the effort of making this this project come into reality as the people of Malangas badly needs an improvement from its current health care programs.
